Welcome to the Party Pack

The Markout binary is distributed as the Party Pack, which contains everything you need to run the Markout binary, and no more. It includes:

• The Markout binary jarfile.
• A sample properties file.
• All basic documentation (ReadMe.text, Usage.text, etc.)
• The MarkdownJ binary jarfile that this version of Markout was compiled against.
• A partypack-demo.sh script.

To take it for a spin, just make sure that your JVM is version 1.5 or greater, and run the partypack-demo.sh script.

Please note that the MarkdownJ jarfile is provided per the terms described in the ThirdPartySoftware file.
